Two complementary offerings designed to take you from strategy to production
Start with the Audit
Complete an AI Readiness Audit to understand your current state, identify viable use cases, assess technical feasibility, and get a delivery-ready roadmap. You'll receive three packs: executive view, implementation architecture, and sprint-ready backlog.
Then Build the Platform
Use Platform Delivery to implement the foundations identified in the audit. We'll build the Azure Fabric, Foundry, or Databricks platform your AI use cases need—with governance, security, and enablement built in from day one.
Scale with Confidence
Your teams now have a governed, stable platform and a prioritised backlog of AI use cases. You can implement with your internal teams or continue engaging us for delivery support—but either way, you're unblocked and ready to scale.
Prefer to start with platform delivery? That's fine too. If you already know what platform you need (e.g., "our reporting is broken and we need a stable Azure Fabric foundation"), we can start there without an audit.
